This page collects nothing. There is no form, no analytics, no tracking, and nothing at all is loaded from anyone else. The type and the photographs are served from this site; there are no third-party fonts, no scripts and no embedded anything. That's why there's no cookie notice: there are no cookies to tell you about.
If you write to beta@memasys.org, I have your email address, because that's how email works. I use it to reply and to send you an invitation. It isn't shared, and there's no mailing list to be added to.
The Homebook application at homebook.memasys.org is a separate matter with its own terms, which you'll see before you create anything there.
